Cloudflare hosts our website, stores website enquiries, and provides Turnstile to help prevent automated abuse. These services may process technical information such as your IP address, browser information, and security signals. Our enquiry database does not store your IP address.

We use Resend to deliver enquiry notifications to our team. These notifications contain the information you submit.

Google Maps and external services

Our website includes Google Maps. The map loads automatically when you approach the footer, connecting your browser to Google. Google may receive your IP address and browser information and may use cookies under its own privacy policy.

Booking and gift-card links open Zenoti. Information you provide there is handled through that service and is subject to the applicable privacy notices. Links to social media and other websites also take you to services with their own privacy practices.

Cookies and analytics

We do not use website audience analytics or advertising pixels on this website. Security services and embedded Google Maps may nevertheless use cookies or similar technologies. You can manage cookies through your browser settings; restricting them may affect some features.

How long we keep information

We retain contact-form records in our website enquiry database for 90 days after submission, then delete them.

This period applies to the website database. Email correspondence, appointment records, and records held by external providers are handled separately and are not automatically deleted by the website’s 90-day process.
